The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to pre-packaging. The text consists of 39 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: Mandatory standards and containers (I); Capacity marking of pre-packages (II); Quantities of pre-packaged (III); Special provisions for pre-packaged quantities of less than 5grams (IV); Open packages, unpacked bread and selling units without wrapping (V); Exceptions, penalties, transitional and final provisions. (VI). Nine Annexes are enclosed.
