This Regulation prescribes classes of animal display establishments and standards for animal display establishments. It further provides exemptions from licensing requirements of animal display establishments and exhibitions. The Regulation provides for matters relating to authorities under the Act, including fees and conditions, and for offences relating to the keeping and display of animals.
