Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Development of the Hellenic Republic and the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on energy cooperation. (Law No. 3797/2009).

The two Parties have agreed to strengthen the bilateral cooperation in seeking, studying and using new sources of energy, particularly renewable energy, energy efficiency and conservation potential in buildings. A joint working group might be established between the relevant agencies of the Parties, namely the Hellenic Centre for Renewable Energy Sources (CRES) and Viet Nam Institute of Energy, in order to implement this Memorandum of Understanding.
