This Regulation provides for restrictions in special areas including the engagement in aquaculture, intensive livestock or plant agriculture; installation or operation of sewage disposals; and the pollution of waters. The Regulation prescribes certain offences as penalty notice offences and prescribes authorized officers for the purposes of issuing penalty notices. The Regulation further provides for: the performance of plumbing or drainage work, including the requirement of a permit to carry out the work and for applications for the granting of permits.
