This Instrument amends the Barramundi Fishery Management Plan by making changes to clause 8 providing for fishing areas; by inserting in Schedule 1 the Finniss River Holding Area; and by omitting from Schedule 5 and 7 all words as specified in the text dealing with closure lines and seven inch net lines.
