This Instrument amends the Mud Crab Fishery Management Plan by making changes in the definitions of clause 6; replacing clauses 7 and 8 with a new clause 7 on the meaning of “complying commercial holding cage”; inserting a new clause 13A on floats which must be attached to gear; replacing clause 42 with a new clause on limits on the number of pots in use; and by making other minor word changes as specified in the Schedule.
