Fisheries (Amendment) Act 1997 (Prescribed Organisations for the Aquaculture Licences Appeals Board) Regulations 2011 (S.I. No. 621 of 2011).

These Regulations prescribe certain organizations for the purpose of enabling them to nominate persons from whom the Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine may appoint six members of the Aquaculture Licences Appeals Board under section 23 of the Fisheries (Amendment) Act 1997.
