Public Contracts and Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2012 (S.S.I. No. 108 of 2012).

These Regulations make amendments (drafting errors and other minor amendments) in Schedule 1 (GPA Annex 1 Contracting Authorities) to the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012 and in Schedule 5 (Consequential Amendments and Revocations) to the Utilities Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012.
