The present Ordinance implements article 9 of the Upper Austria Nature and Landscape Protection Law 2001 (LGBl. No. 129). Article 9 of the afore-mentioned Law deals with intervention exceptions on riversides. In particular, article 1 of the present Law lists such exceptions, such as for example, the erection of facilities for energy supply.
