This Ministerial Decree establishes technical requirements for manufacturing process of biodiesel, specifying the following hazardous factors in the process of manufacturing and circulation of biodiesel: (a) careless handling of chemicals; (b) low or high environmental temperature; (c) hazardous industrial processes; and (d) leakage of biodiesel to potable water. Each lot of biodiesel circulating on internal market shall be accompanied by compliance certificate. In case of non-compliance with the present requirements biodiesel shall be subject to compulsory recycling.
