The purpose of the present Law is the organization and granting of an effective disaster management at municipal, district and state level. The text consists of 31 articles divided into 5 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Preventive disaster protection (II); Defensive disaster protection (III); External energy plans (IV); Final provisions (V).
