Ministerial Decree No. 222 implementing Agreement between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Finland on lease of the Russian part of Saimen channel and adjacent area by Finland and navigation in Saimen channel. The aforesaid Agency shall carry out the following tasks: (a) implementation monitoring; (b) coordination of regional executive bodies in relation to the implementation of the Agreement; and (c) examination of proposals related to navigation and decision-making related thereto.
