Ministerial Decree No. 1370 validating Model Regulation for calculation of rates of domestic waste production and storage.

This Ministerial Decree validates the modalities of calculation of rates of solid domestic waste and non-domestic waste (similar by composition and characteristics) production and storage. Rates of waste production and storage shall be revised by local self-government non less than once in five years but no often than once in two years. This Ministerial Decree contains calculation formula for waste production and storage.
