This Ministerial Decree establishes that the State Committee on Geology and Mineral Resources shall be state managing body in the sphere of subsoil carrying out the following tasks: (a) realization of state policy in the sphere of geological exploration, management and reproduction of mineral resources; (b) access to reliable geological information on subsoil and mineral deposits; (c) elaboration of subsoil exploration programmes for the periods varying from one year to more than three years; and (d) training of staff.
