This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of population control of wild fauna species in the following cases: (a) danger of infection or transmission of disease by wild fauna species to the population, agricultural and domestic animals; (b) considerable harm to economy by harmful animals; and (c) disbalance of natural of natural equilibrium of wild fauna species in their natural habitats causing reduction of the population and other negative consequences; and (d) danger of hydrochemical and other disbalance of waterbodies that may cause mass suffocation of fish and fish-kill.
