This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of operation of waterworks located on waterbodies by: (a) operation conditions of waterworks and compliance therewith; (b) technical inspection; (c) regular maintenance; (d) compliance with technical documentation ensuring safe functioning of waterworks; and (e) compliance with industrial and fire safety requirements.
