Regulation Amending the Regulation on Measures to Prevent the Introduction and Spread of Organisms Harmful to Plants, Plant Products and Other Objects and Measures to Control These Organisms.

This Regulation changes the provisions prescribed by the articles 6 and 9 of the Regulation on measures to prevent the introduction and spread of organisms harmful to plants, plant products and other objects and measures to control these organisms (Official Gazette 74/06, 84/10). Changes are related to the phytosanitary requirements and general standards for the official controls.
