This Regulation provides standards and requirements necessary for the special charges and fees for the environment, that are made for not sending the biofuels on the market, and the payment deadline. Subject has to pay special benefits and charges for the environment when the required quantity of biofuels, expected on the market, was not reached. This Regulation provides a formula for the easy calculation of the required fees and charges.
