Regulation on the method and place of sampling grapes and grape wine during fermentation, and the way of determining natural level of alcohol in these products (Journal of Laws 2009 No. 114 Pos. 952).

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of seven paragraphs and one Annex. From the batch of grapes intended for the production of grape wine, the sample of grapes is taken from at least three different places of this batch, each 1 kg of grapes. Samples of grapes and grape wine during fermentation are taken in the place and period of the process of enrichment. Natural level of alcohol is established on the day of sampling grapes. The Annex specifies the procedure of establishing the level of alcohol in grapes.
