Decree approving the notification form in implementation of article 29 terdecies of Legislative Decree No. 152 of 2006, pursuant to Directive 2008/1/EC concerning integrated pollution prevention and control.

This Decree approves the notification form to be followed in implementation of article 17 of Directive 2008/1/EC, which requires Member States to send information to the Commission on the implementation of the same Directive, which makes provision on integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from certain industrial activities.
