This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Lang Son province. The main objectives of the plan include: agricultural, forestry and fisheries development; to enhance management of the exploitation and use natural resources used in agriculture and forestry; urban space development; development of water supply, irrigation, drainage and wastewater treatment facilities; and environmental management and protection.
