Regulation on the documentation for the evaluation of active substances in biocidal products, documentation for the evaluation of biocidal products, evaluation of biocidal products and their use, and the types of biocidal products with their descriptions and common principles for the evaluation.

This Regulation provides standards for the documentation for assessment of active substances in biocidal products, the documentation for the evaluation of biocidal products, the process of evaluation of biocidal products and their use, and determines types of biocidal products, their descriptions and uniform principles for evaluation of biocidal products. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
