Due to exhaustion of the allocated quota for 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for common sole in VIIIa and VIIIb by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Spain. Furthermore it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels.
