Due to exhaustion of the allocated quota, this Regulation prohibits fishing for black scabbardfish in European Union and international waters of VIII, IX and X by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Spain. Furthermore it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after 6 August 2012.
