This Regulation makes several minor amendments in the Regulation on the principles and procedures of production and trade of tobacco products dated 2010. It makes changes in articles 6 and 8 on permits for establishment, production or operation of production facilities; articles 12 and 13 on permits for the supply to the market of tobacco products; Article. 14 on the import of tobacco products and Article. 25 on penalties.
