Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for Norway lobster in areas VIIIa, VIIIb, VIIId and VIIIe by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Belgium. In particular it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after 10 August 2012.
