Localism Act 2011 (Commencement No. 5 and Transitional, Transitory and Saving Provisions) Order 2012 (S.I. No. 1008 (C. 32) of 2012).

This Order makes transitional, transitory and savings provision in relation with the coming into force of selected provisions of the Localism Act 2011, brought into force by this Order. The provisions concern, among other things, (the London Environment Strategy.
