Regulation on the content, process and methodology of the Water Management Strategy and Plan of district water management, methods of consultation and informing the public and the composition of the Council of the water areas.

This Regulation prescribes the content, process and methodology for the adoption of the water and river basin management plan, the way of informing and consulting the public on the draft of planning documents, as well as the composition of the Council of the water district, and the manner of his meeting and decision making.
