Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for cod in NAFO 3 M area by vessels flying the flag of or registered in the United Kingdom as from 1 October 2012. Furthermore it prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
