This Regulation lays down the method of encouraging the production of biofuels for transport, types of biofuels that are encouraged, the method for determining the amount of cash incentives and benefits to encourage the production of biofuels, billing, payment and use of compensation and the powers, duties and responsibilities of the Croatian operator for the energy market. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
