Decree implementing Legislative Decree No. 131 of 2010 as regards Community plant variety rights and the appointment and functioning of the commission for new plant varieties.

This Decree lays down provisions concerning the application for new Community plant variety rights. It sets out detailed provisions concerning the submission of the application and the transmission of relevant information. Further it regulates the administrative procedure before the Ministry of Agricultural, Forest and Food Policies.
