Genetically Modified Organisms (Control of Release) (Exemption) Notice.

This Notice exempts GMOs specified in the Schedules from the application of sections 5 and 7 of the Genetically Modified Organisms (Control of Release) Ordinance, prescribing restrictions on the release into the environment of GMOs and on the import of GMOs intended for release into the environment.
