Commission Regulation (EU) No. 980/2012 establishing a prohibition of fishing for sandeel and associated bycatches in EU waters of IIa, IIIa and IV excluding waters within six miles of UK baselines at Shetland, Fair Isle and Foula by vessels flying the flag of Germany.

Due to exhaustion of the quota allocated for the year 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for sandeel and associated bycatches in European Union waters of IIa, IIIa and IV zones by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Germany. Waters within six miles of United Kingdom baselines at Shetland, Fair Isle and Foula are excluded from this prohibition.
