The Decree establishes the Special Development Program for Photovoltaic Systems for electric power production up to 10 KW. The programme shall run for buildings used for housing or small enterprises and shall be in force until 31 December 2019 (article 1). The Decree prescribes the conditions for participating in the programme (article 2), contractual conditions between the electricity power producer and the national electricity provider (article 3), as well as the administrative procedures for establishing photovoltaic systems and their connection to the national electricity network (articles 4-7).
