Ministerial Joint Decree No. Z3−1531 establishing the requirements for environmental statements and claims on packaging and plastic products.

The present Decree establishes the requirements on the use of statements, symbols and graphics regarding self-declared environmental claims (bio-degradable and/or relative environmental statements) about plastic products put on the market, aiming at ensuring truthful, clear and not misleading information to consumers.
