Ministerial Decree No. D1/Α/3026 establishing the contract type for the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons.

The Decree addresses the ability of the State to grant a lease agreement as a contract type for the exploration and exploitation of hydrocarbons in the gulfs of Patras, Ioannina and Katakolo. The areas where concession rights are granted are detailed on the map contained in the Annex hereto. The areas are designated pursuant to Ministerial Decree No. D1/F6/12657/30.6.1995 and to article 148 of the Mining Code.
