Commission Directive 2011/71/EU amending Directive 98/8/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council to include creosote as an active substance in Annex I thereto.
This Directive includes creosote in the list of active substances laid down in Annex I to Directive 98/8/EC. Further it specifies the conditions under which creosote may be used in biocidal products.
