This Ministerial Decree establishes the rules for allocation of subsidies to agricultural enterprises processing agicultural commodities as compensation of credits on lease of agricultural machinery and raw agricultural commodities subject to subsequent processing. In particular state subsidies shall be destined for compensation of credits allocated for purchase of meat, poultry, eggs, milk, berries, vegetables, fish, and flour for manufacturing of finished products, infant food and canned foods. Financial institutions shall allocate credits in accordance with the following criteria: (a) resident in the Republic of Kazakhstan; (b) absence of arrears related to taxes and pension contributions for more than three months; and (c) purchase of agricultural raw materials, destined for subsequent processing, from national producers, except for agricultural raw products that are not available from national producers. Subsidies from state budget shall not exceed 80 percent of credit.
