This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out licensing supervision over manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and spirituous liquors by experts of Federal Alcohol Market Regulation Service and by experts of regional executive bodies for compliance with licensing terms and conditions of the manufacturers and traders of ethyl alcohol and spirituous liquors.
