This Regulation provides: all necessary measures and standards for the correct response to an emergency that may arise in activities with ionizing radiation and nuclear activities; measures for the protection against ionizing radiation. This Regulation further provides for a complete classification of nuclear and ionizing sources and related grades of protection. The Annex is an integral part of this Regulation.
