This Regulation provides requirements and standards necessary to organize the RIS service (river information services), technical specifications for equipment and services, and provisions governing the management and administration of river information services for inland navigation. RIS - River Information Services - Information Services are uniformed standards intended to support the management of inland waters, including technical provisions and connections with various methods of transportation and inland water use.
