This Regulation provides full technical standards and rules related to the certification requirements for boats navigating the inland waters in the Croatian Republic. The prescribed rules are important for the protection and environmental sustainability of the inland navigation and its resources. This Regulation is particularly prescribed for: a) the safety of people, boats and property; b) the prevention of pollution of inland waterways with oil, hazardous substances, sewage and garbage, as well as the pollution of sighs; c) health and safety requirements, placement of crew and passengers on the boat; d) conditions for the carriage of passengers and goods.
