The fishing quota allocated to Sweden for cod in Norwegian waters for 2012 is deemed to be exhausted from 6 November 2012. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for that stock by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Sweden. It also prohibits to retain on board, relocate, tranship or land fish from that stock caught by those vessels after that date.
