Smallholder Tea Authority (Tea Levy) Order (Cap. 65:01).

This Order, made under paragraph 7 of the Smallholder Tea Authority Order, requires the Smallholder Tea Authority to levy a cess of a specified amount per kilogram (“capital cess”) on all green tea leaf purchased by the Authority from growers.
