Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1178/2012 establishing a prohibition of fishing for saithe in areas IIIa and IV; EU waters of IIa, IIIb, IIIc and Subdivisions 22-32 by vessels flying the flag of Sweden.

The fishing quota allocated to Sweden for 2012 for the stock saithe in areas IIIa and IV, European Union waters of IIa, IIIb, IIIc and Subdivisions 22-32 is deemed to be exhausted. Subsequently this Regulation prohibits fishing for saithe in those areas by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Sweden.
