Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1209/2012 establishing a prohibition of fishing for Hake in EU waters of IIa and IV by vessels flying the flag of Germany.

The fishing quota allocated to Germany for fishing for hake in 2012 is deemed to be exhausted. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for hake in European Union waters of IIa and IV by vessels flying the flag of or registered in Germany.
