Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1210/2012 establishing a prohibition of fishing for whiting in VI; EU and international waters of Vb; international waters of XII and XIV by vessels flying the flag of United Kingdom.

The fishing quota allocated to the United Kingdom for fishing for whiting in 2012 is deemed to be exhausted. Therefore this Regulation prohibits fishing for whiting in VI, European Union and international waters of Vb, international waters of XII and XIV by vessels flying the flag of or registered in the United Kingdom.
