This Presidential Order, consisting of 22 articles and 2 Annexes, creates the Integrated Development Plan for Rural Trade and Entrepreneurship (PLAIDENCOR). PLAIDENCOR deals with the following sectors of the rural area and aims at promoting the socio-economic sustainable development, reducing the poverty, improving the production, and promoting the entrepreneurship and the employment.
