Commission Regulation (EU) No. 1233/2012 establishing a prohibition of fishing for skates and rays in EU waters of VIId by vessels flying the flag of the Netherlands.
By virtue of the exhaustion of the fishing quota allocated for 2012, this Regulation prohibits fishing for skates and rays in European Union waters of VIId by vessels flying the flag of or registered in the Netherlands.
