Regulation on the manner, conditions, and procedures for determining and keeping records on the names and designations of ships and yachts.

This Regulation prescribe the manner, terms and procedure for determining and keeping of the names of ships and yachts or technical designation of vessels with a related entry into the National Register. Ministry of Sea, Tourism, Transport and Development is in charge for every approval before the official entry into the Register.
